Refund policy

SERVICES
You can cancel a service order for a full refund any time before your injectors arrive at our lab. Once work has started, service fees are not refundable, because the cleaning, parts and testing have already been done.

If an injector fails testing, we tell you and don't charge you to clean it again. Any injector we can't bring back to spec is flagged on your report, never sent back as good.

90-DAY WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
If an injector we serviced has a problem caused by our work within 90 days, send it back and we'll retest and re-service it at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover injectors damaged during installation, fuel contamination after service, or injectors that failed testing and were returned as flagged.

PARTS AND PRODUCTS
Unused parts and products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping. Email shiptothelab@gmail.com for a return authorization before sending anything back. Opened service kits and installed parts can't be returned unless defective.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
